Day 13

So I've been trying to exercise and run.  Nothing consistant yet,  I can barely function as an adult, let alone commit to a strict workout schedule.  I was running on a semi regular basis, but with all the other deadlines I've had lately, I haven't ran since my 5k at the beginning of the month.  Long story short, I figured I'd utilize my blog to document and track what I'm doing.

Disappointed that I haven't ran or even set foot in a gym in a week and a half.  I have, however, stuck to my squat and plank challenge I started at the first of the month.  I thought they'd both be the death of me.  Surprisingly, I'm kicking some butt with these squats.  Today is day 13 and I plowed through 130.  The planks will be what kills me.  I'm at 1.5 min and today I do a 2 min plank.  I'm not going to beat myself up if I can't do the full 5 min by the end of the month, just going to go as far as I can.  And who knows?  I can't believe I made it this far!  I may surprise myself.
